The commercial filter/pumps use a regular hydraulic pump like those sold at northern tool supply. They are neatly wrapped in a stainless box with a 1/4 HP electric motor. You may need to get a nsf suction hose then pump the oil off into a metal drum that held veg oil, you could use a funnel with paper filter into that. It is best to pump the oil when its still warm.

How much oil do you guys typically go through in a month? I think I may be cleaning it out too often.

Do not miss quote me. If you investigate rendering companies you will see that they do a world of good. Our land fills could not handle the process. But YOUR CHICKINS are feed grease. Eat on.

Grease thief is on the rise. It is traded as a commodity as sugar, OJ ,Wheat and others . IT can sell as oil does. WE could plant every sqaure inch of US in Corn, will not work, They are planning to plant less crop this year, think in terms as cost to you at wholesale. Never mind retail. Most people cannot keep with growing thrend to paycheck.
