Sicy Thai Beef Soup

I have been sick as a dog all week and all I can think about is some kind of Hot and spicy soup like a Thai Beef with lots of chiles,Fish Sauce ,scallions ect.I can probally wing it on my own and I have searched online for recipes but none have caught ny attention,Do any one of you have a Favorite you can spare?I have a Sirloin,Chiles,Fish Sauce,Beef Broth to start.

I can't help you today, but my local SE Asian grocery stores carries a number of Vietnamese jarred soup bases. They run around $1.25 and my favorite is Pho to which I add whatever sounds good. They last for over a year in the refrigerator and are just what I need when I'm feeling under the weather.
