Simplot building new processing plant

The new 380,000 sq ft facility in Caldwell, ID will replace 3 smaller, older processing plants. The facility will employ about 250, with job losses of 800. I think that they are still the main supplier for McD and Sysco. That's a lot of french fries!!!
