Sink it

My HD is relatively cool apparently. As far as I can tell, surrounding counties require the standard nsf triple sink with double drainboards. Mine likes that too but allows a double sink with a third portable basin for the sterilizing.  It's in writing on their PDF. I haven't found any other county around here that allows that.
How about you all? Where you live, do they allow the 2+1 sink option?
I've got an angle on a nice, perfect, 2 basin/drainboard nsf sink. Not sure if I should pull the trigger. I'd be golden any where locally in our county, but if I get adventurous....could be a problema.

Hi.  I am new here but been reading for about a year.  I am in a similar situation where the county is very easy to get along with.  I looked at the counties around me and decided to go with the strictest regulations from the counties I think I may want to do business in, in the future.  I didn’t want to be stuck in one county.  That was my thoughts anyway.  I have zero experience so take it for what it is worth.
