Slinging Dogs in Raleigh, NC. area

I have been doing business in the Southern Maryland for 4 years now. I am thinking of moving my business to Raleigh, NC. area. Other than a business license and HD permit are there any other fees or licenses necessary. What are the local Raleigh "must haves" I need to sell. I have built my business to this point with Nathans dogs, Half-Smokes, Italian Sausages, Bratwurst and the usual toppings, canned sodas, btld water, chips.

You "must" serve Jesse Jones dogs done "All the Way" (mustard, onions, chili, slaw) And Mtn Dew and Dr Pepper.
Also check the county HD, as each county has their own rules.

Thanks for your input. I take it Jesse Jones Dogs are a local regional brand which is fine. Are these skinless or cased? What is their price point? Also what is the per dog price at retail. How difficult are they to find?

Jesse Jones Sausage Co. is headquartered in Raleigh. I just paid 16.5 cents each for a case of 130. They are $1.99 a ten pack at Walmart. They are the little red ones.

Thanks for the info. I will be relocating to Cary, NC. in the next two months. Are you familiar with that area? Is it a good "market" area for a hot dog vending business?
