Smokaroma

Anybody have any info on The Boss from Smokaroma? Makes Q in a pressure cooker type machine----uses woods---any good?

I posted in the BBQ section under the topic heading of A New Smoker about the Orion smoker, which has the heat create a convection current within the device. It too claims to cook in over half the time. So far nobody seems to have had any experience with it.

Emirelle has a cast iron indoor smoker that you put on your stove!!! That will create havoc with my smoke alarm and poor ventilation system. There is also a Crock Pot version that you can plug into an electric outlet.

But I don't think either of them seem fast enough. It's only a matter of time before they develop a microwave that smokes..
