ChiTownDiner Jim - Your preference...side or appetizer...let me know! Gregg CTD, Anything but some kind of salad (like tabbouleh, or perhaps a fava/asparagus salad) or a vegetable side dish of some sort will be perfect. Even a beverage, soft or fermented malt, would be great. Jim

ACTs are a moot point this year. Fat Sal will be unable to attend. I believe an Atomic Camel Turd(TM) is a Serrano jalapeno, stuffed with a date and an almond, then wrapped in bacon, then barbecued to smoky perfection. I am not licensed to produce them.

^^I think those are in the Atomic Buffalo Turds. Sorry to hear about the absence of Fat Sal. What about Redneck Sushi? Or should I stop telling her stuff & let her see for herself?

Buddy - No cheese in ACT's. Sal uses Serranos, not jalapenos. S_D - No Redneck Sushi this year either. I'm simplifying things this year, no putzy things that need assembly before cooking. Jim

Brad_Olson OK, that narrows it down to about a bazillion possible Wisconsin locations this time of year... Brad You can eliminate Door County and Lake Geneva and that should cut the bazillion down to a trillion or so.

JRP, I hope you're planning on using locally-produced products. Otherwise there could be trouble. Brad

JRPfeff BuddyRoadhouse JRPfeff That's what we call marketing. We save the big name for last. Well, now I think the first four guys should be insulted. (Let's see where ol' Jim goes with that...) Buddy Frankly, I'm not convinced that's a list anyone would ask to be included on. That list is more like Vegas' "Blackbook" only for restaurants.
