Smoked Chicken

I do not sell too many chickens, but the one's I do sell are well received and my quanitity needed is going up,up.
I put them in my offset smoker and cook them Whole, Via indirect heat.
They are sold as follows, 1/4 either breast and wing or drum stick and thigh. Served in between White bread with BBQ sauce. $3.50..
1/2 chicken $6.00 Whole chicken $9.00. For the sandwiches, I slice the breast or remove the meat from the thigh depending on the customers request. Usually manage to sell a side of homemade Potato Salad with the order. 4 oz at $1.00

I sell a 6oz. side of potato salad for 2.69, no one has ever said boo!

Mmm! I could eat a couple of those Smoked Chicken sandwiches right now!
