    Jim,
I'd have no idea what your order number would be. And unless someone lived near you, and or dealt with the same food supply company I doubt anyone else would know.

And to the best of my knowledge they just come in one size, however they do come smoked or raw.

If you buy them smoked just throw them on the cool side of a grill until they are up to temp and hold them in a steam pan. They sell around here for $5.00 each

last weekend at Gallatin Street Fest the guy next to us sold out of turkey legs(24) by 2:00. I think his price was $4.00. I have NO idea on holding times. His trailer was smokin when he pulled up. He also sold 50 racks of ribs by 5:00. There were approx 15,000 total customers the whole day. He was a well known & many year respected vendor. Have no idea if this helps or not. I suspect he errored on the side of caution but his bbq was awesome. You get a certain name & respect over the years that a one time event can't expect.

Thanks Dr. I should have said mfg. code  that comes on the box.

Thanks Reliant,$4 was pretty cheap,I have seen them as high as $8-9 around here. (I'm going with $5)

Yeah being known and respected really does have a lot to do with it, if its good or bad they will remember.
