Good job bond.  The avocado looks good.  But yea where is the cheese?  Nice thick slice of Swiss maybe?

I'm thinking the avocado will work fine to give the creaminess and subtlety of cheese.

Hi JB!   Those look crispy good.

Too many steps for me to make, but I'd sure eat one without the avocado and tomato.

    Keep 'em coming!

    007,

Awesome looking burgers, but what impressed me most is the presentation of your character. Have you ever considered stage acting? I myself am a theater actor and I know that some actors work very hard to obtain a strong presence on stage and yours is very natural.

Thanks, the presence comes from years of performing on stage. I'm a retired prof. drummer.
