Snail caviar??? Tue, 11/9/10 3:15 PM (permalink)
I was watching the Travel Channel with Bizarre food with Andrew Zimmern.  He featured snail caviar.  I have never had this before and I only had heard of it with his prior shows.  Apparently it is expensive at $1500.00 per kilo.  He indicated that he enjoyed it but for some reason, it certainly did not appeal to me.

Have any of you ever done this before.  I have had several types of fish caviar before and personally even with vodka, it did not appeal to me even with onions, sour cream and crackers.  I know it is expensive but go figure???

Snail eggs??? or caviar???
