Soda Club SodaStream Maker Sat, 10/4/08 8:28 PM (permalink)
My sodastream maker arrived this week, and I just want to let everyone know that I think it has promise. So far I've tried the Cream Soda and the Orange mixes they provide. I thought the orange was as good as Sunkist and the Cream Soda tasted like A&W's. I'd love to find a Cream soda more like Canada Dry's or Jones'. It's a very simple machine to use, not sure on the cost/benefit ratio, but it's probably about a slight more than super-generic soda, but definately less than Coke/Pepsi. I'm really looking forward to using my own flavors, especially some with Splenda or maybe even only sweetened by fruit juice concentrate. Apparently Boater's World can get the refill canisters, which might lower the cost even more, since there's a BW just down the street from me.

Anyone else have one of these? I'd love to hear your tips/receipies.
