    I've thought of trying them but haven't had the stomach yet. No doubt it will happen. If I partied late into the night anymore, I definitely would have eaten many by now.

      Haven't tried it yet, but no doubt will before long. What's the world coming to, when you can get frito pie at a mass chain?

            Fresno has Sonic now??? Bummer dude! Wish we could get some around metro DC. We can get to a Checkers but that is a lesser quality knock-off. Fresberg also has In N Out, but that was there before I left.

              Sonic has had frito pie for a long time. They just hadn't offered it within a wrap...

                We don't live in Sonic territory, so for my family it is usually a treat to stop at one. It is probably just the novilty because at home we don't do much McD, BK, Wendy's or the like. I have not tried the frito chili wrap though. Who/what is Sonic anyway? Where are they based? I have seen them mostly in rural areas but my last stop was in citified Salt Lake City.

                  We have three of them in Pearland, the suburb of Houston where I live.

                    Sonic is like what A&W was back in the 60's-70's: a "drive-in"
                    where you can have carhops on skates bring your meals to your car;
                    you can also do "walk-up", or in some locations, eat inside....
                    They're based out of Oklahoma City, and they have breakfast
                    ("pancake & sausage on a stick"), lunch/dinner, and lots of
                    fountain drinks (cherry limeades , milkshakes, etc.).
                    In Dothan, AL, near where I live, they have a location inside
                    the mall - whether this is a test, since nearly all their locations
                    are outdoors, remains to be seen....

                      Sonic is a popular place for teens to work after school, because they get tips.

                        I've been a jerk. No tips from me so far. I live far away and seldom go to Sonic. Thanks to your info, I'll tip next time. How much?
