Sorghum

Like it? I love it but don't get it to often because no one else around here seems to care for it! I put a little on a piece of buttered bread, I really do not want it on pancakes or French toast.

Does anyone have a simple recipe using sorghum? I would think it would make a great cookie! Maybe with the right recipe I could get someone to try it........

I use it in gingerbread. I don't have the recipe handy just now, but I'll try to remember to post it later.
