I'll take credit for the Swamp Gravy. That's about it. As for others wondering where (any) pics on RF came from, right click on the pic & then look @ properties. If I did soups like that (I posted), I definitely would not be living in the Gnat capitol of the world... However, I do know how to do a pretty decent catfish (& oyster) stew using the swampy thing, so keep you're ears peeled.

I also hugely enjoy bread bowls, but is that second one in Roosy in an edible bowl? I've used baked squashes, sometimes with disaterous results when I dug too enthusiastically, as bowls before. I'm told that's what people used before the pottery wheel was invented.

I must admit the Bread Bowl of Chowder and what I am guessing is French Onion w/ its cheese cover would be my favorites in this selection. Part of that is my prefering a "deeper" Mug-like presentation container for my soup. The broad shallow bowls look wonderful, but allow the contents to lose heat too quickly for my tastes. Those are some beautiful presentations !

The last trip to Disney was a receipe collecting trip. I loved the Soups at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. They have a really rich and smooth Carrot/Ginger Soup. Very simple, lots of peeling, cream based and fantastic.
