1/2 gallon apple cider
3 sticks cinnamon
2 cloves
6 crushed juniper berries
Simmer. Enjoy.

Just a dash of ground cinnamon and microwave a cup at a time....when we don't have cider, we've been known to heat up some Doctor pepper like I learned years ago in the south...it's great too!!!

Hot Cranberry Punch
1 qt cranberry juice cocktail
2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup honey
3 whole cloves
3 sticks cinnamon
1 qt. gingerale
combine cranberry juice cocktail, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, cloves & cinnamon in a large pot. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Remove spices. Just before serving, add gingerale.
Cold Cranberry Punch
1 lg can orange juice
1 48 oz. bottle cranberry juice
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 T almond extract
1 large bottle gingerale
Combine juices,sugar and extract. Chill. Add gingerale to punch before serving

there's is a new liquor in the NJ marketplace called "The Original Hot Apple Pie liquor" warmed up with your favorite apple cider = excellent!!!
