Spicy Chicken at Taco Bell

While at taco bell yesterday afternoon, I noticed that my location had removed all menu items that had spicy chicken from their menu. This I'm not happy with, as I rather liked the spicy chicken crunchwrap.
So I'm wondering is this a chain-wide thing or just my local taco bells? My area (Baltimore) is fairly big on taking things off the menu that you can get most other places.

must be a local thing as their website still shows the spicy chicken offerings.
they're usually franchises, so, saying something to the owner may get the items put back on the menu.

Talk about a tragic turn of events, life just ain't fair sometimes, next thing you know, Arbys will go out of business!
