Anyone tried it? Any good recipes? Wally World sells Squat Lobster chunks in the frozen seafood section here at home. Curious if it is close to Maine Lawbstuh.

Squat lobster isn't lobster. It's crab. Pleuroncodes planipes, to be specific. They're known as pelagic red crabs, sometimes called tuna crabs. They taste like crab.

I did google on the "squat lobster". It seems that they mostly are in Norway. I cannot verify that but most of the pics of the crab were from there.

Squat lobsters are commonly found along the West Coast from Alaska to Baja California.
