St Louis Pork steaks

Have tried only two in St Charles County...one was okay ( Piggy's) and one was dry and tough ( Ethyel 's)
Any suggestions for a really good one ?

Not a big fan of pork steaks myself, a friend of mine recommends Bully's Smokehouse in Columbia and Edwardsville, IL. Their pork steak is 24 ounces. http://www.bullyssmokehouse.com/
