I'm headed out for a hunting trip next week at a buddy's place in Gillet, AR. I was looking for a bit more info on the BBQ spots close to I-55 around Memphis and then on down towrd Brinkley, AR and south. Doesn't have to be Q, but any good chow will suffice. My bro is in from MN and will be roadtripping with me and I love to max out his taste buds:)

    Try the Dixie Pig in Blytheville. Right off I 55.
