St. Louis-style pizza outside of St. Louis?

The only places I've found in KC are Leo's Pizza up in the northland (a hidden gem, and better than Imo's), and the Imo's in Westport. I've since moved to Connecticut and I'm pretty sure I'm screwed here for that particular style of pizza. But just in general, anyone have any luck finding it outside of St. Louis?

Cosmic Pizza in the Hartwell area of Cincinnati has a St Louis Style pizza however he does not use provel on this pizza, because he says "even the people in St Louis really don't like provel' I have no way of confirming or denying that claim :-)

Here is one in North Texas, and they do use provel cheese (I tried it once). And they have toasted ravioli. http://5thstreetpizza.net/

Michael's Pizzeria in Easley, SC has St. Louis-style pizza, in addition to his other pizzas, and uses Provel. I worked at Michael's for several years and had my share of the St. Louis style. I like it a lot. Not something I could eat every day, but it's tasty. http://www.michaelspizzeria.org/

*It does not have the cracka crust of Saint Louis Pizza...but Speedy Romeo in Brooklyn does a version of a "Saint Louie" that is a new darling in the world of NYC pizza. A fun place as well...close enough for a trip from CT. http://www.speedyromeo.com/press.php

Street is near our home we have neither tried it or another "St. Louis-style" place in Allen on the SE corner of Alma & McDermott. Reason: six years ago we tried a "St. Louis" place on McArthur in Lewisville and found the drust to be cracker-dry and the toppings a salt-fest. It is truly different, but is simply " not to our taste".

A couple other places in the KC area that serve St. Louis style pizza are Waldo Pizza in the Waldo area of Kansas City, MO and Johnny C's pizza in the Shawnee, KS suburb where I live. However, I am not a big lover of provel, so I seldom ever eat at these establishments.

City Pizza and Pasta in Arvada, Colorado has been serving St. Louis style pizza for upwards of 20 years now. http://www.citypizzaandpasta.com/ They fly the pizza dough and provel cheese in from St. Louis.
