Would like to put stainless steel on the walls behind grill and prep area. Can someone help me with what thickness to use and where to get it. Thank you!

Call around to some local sheet metal shops and see what they offer. They can also shear it to whatever size you need. 20 or 24 gauge should be plenty for your needs.

Make sure that you have them soften any edges that would be exposed.  They are as sharp as razor blades.

We get ours at a sheet metal shop.
