Staunton and Charlottesville, Va. area

We spent the last 4 days in the Scranton, Charlottesville area. I wanted to mention 2 places we ate. Mrso. Rowe's in Staunton had an excellent breakfast. The whole meal was excellent! We also ate at a Mexican restaurant in downtown Staunton-not sure of the name. The Crescent Inn Restaurant on Three Notch Rd. in Troy was really true Roadfood. The fried chicken had a wonderful batter-the meal was less that $6.00-had a wing and breast. My husband had the hamburger steak and mashed potatoes-Our entire meal was less than $13.00 including beverages.
I highly recommend it to all Roadfooders-It has been in the family for years and they are extra friendly!
