Steamed Georgia "barbecue" in NYC Wed, 08/29/07 3:00 PM (permalink)

Any Georgians care to weigh in on this?

    Don't need to be from Georgia, sounds about as good as microwaved Q !

      "Steamed" BBQ? And I agree that you don't have to be from Georgia to give a thumbs down to that idea, but actually I am from Georgia.

      OK, I see that he steams the ribs and then grills them, which is actually what I do at home.

        That's no different from boiling the ribs first which of course removes much of the fat, hence much of the taste. 2 thumbs down !
