Sticky Fingers, Chattanooga

Has anyone eaten at Sticky Fingers BBQ in Chattanooga, TN? I love my Ribs...but I was pretty disappointed in their's. They left the membrane on..which I don't like. They were pretty dry...the rub wasn't bad..but they sprinkled alot of dry paprika over the top of the ribs after they were done..which made it feel like sand in your mouth while eating... I was wanting to try Circle C bbq..but we opted for sticky fingers. comments? Josh.

Stickey Fingers started in Charleston and I have found that the branches just don't hit the mark. The one in Wilmington is ok and the one in Mt' Pleasant is almost as good as the one in downtown Charleston but I would think that after crossing the mountains the quality would go down.

I'm not a ribs person so can't address that issue. I've been to Sticky Fingers in Chattanooga and found it to be an ok place, good service, good food, etc but it didn't leave me with an outstanding reason to come back, just glad I went.
