Stuffed mushrooms with sausage

Anybody have a good recipe for these? I have some nice Italian sausage and some huge fresh mushrooms. That seems like a good use for them to me.Thanks!

I think this has been posted before. I have done it before. I chop the sausage up, mixed with cream cheese, add a little pepper and very little salt and some chopped cheese of your choice, remove the stems from your mushroom and very lightly spritz some olive oil. Be very care with the oil as the mushrooms will absorb too much and be soggy when you bake them for about 10-15. I pre cook my sausage before I chop it up. I bake thenm just enough to make them hot and melt the cheese.

Sprinkle just a little dreid sweet basil on the tops and I think that would be one of those 110% recipes!!!!
