How about adding a few raisins, ground nuts, bananas and/or chocolate chips!! (maybe a simple desert food that's really good, too?)

Hmmm. Sounds good. Personally would have made it with chunky PB, cinnamon sugar, banannas, and a bit of Duke's mayo. HOWEVER, had left over 'fridge pizza & OJ for breakfast today.

One of my favorite super quick simple breakfasts also starts with a flour tortilla, except: sprinkled with shredded cheese, nuked, add a few dollops of salsa, roll up and voila. If I have an extra minute and an avocado on hand I will add a few slices.

In concourse A in Atlanta, there is a Popeye's and their breakfast is very reasonable and tasty. I get their chicken strips and bisquit which is always fresh and hot. It is usually more than I can eat.

    Dearfolk,
Even simpler than that - livermush straight off the loaf. All you do is whack a chunk of it off and dig in.

What is it about breakfast food that whenever you see it on TV it looks great and you start salivating?? Plus you can eat it ANY time of the day and feel satisfied. In my second life I'll own a diner that serves breakfast all the time.
Ohh and to answer the question...doughnuts!!

My standard breakfast for myself is an oatmeal mix, which I prepare in bulk. It contains oatmeal, white and brown sugar, dried fruits, salt and cinnamon. It's quick, tasty, and keeps me from snacking throughout the morning.

thinking about the Atlanta a/p...was there last week. I usaully go to the E concourse (intl departures) since it is usually cleaner and the restaurants seem to be better.

Maybe just me but this time it was different. Dozens and dozens of troops headed back to Iraq. Cost me a few hundred bucks by the time I was through buying lunches...best money I've spent in years.

Hey...anyone going through ATL...drop by the E concourse and see our young men and women headed into harm's way...buy them lunch AND thank them!!
