You may not have hear that the Cicadas that are supposed to attack this summer are very partial to Bay Corn and will decimate the crop, so if you can find any, scoff it up quickly ( I think the whole notion of Bay corn started about the last time the cicadas appeared...or am I jst getting old?)

BTW....those "in the know" will tell you that WINTER Bay Corn is far superior

I can't believe you got flagged NYNM.  Must be a Bay Corn hater!

The cicadas are only to be out in the East, so the midwest's Bay Corn supply is in full growth and should be a bumper crop.

I found a new ceramic coated vegetable roaster, and it does Bay Corn wonderfully, add a little Chipotle Butter and WOW.

    What does getting flagged mean?

It means someone decided that your post either contained foul language, was spam, was off topic or was a personal attack. Or it could mean that someone was being an idiot.

And how come you have never introduced us to Kale before??  If he likes Bay corn he has to be a great guy!

Chipotle is good for almost anything, heck even Kraft Mac & Cheese has a new Chipotle version which isnt bad.

I would also recommend mac and cheese with kale.
Because Kale is very in with foodies this year.
    Swiss Chard too.
Bay corn is great with swiss chard. Also with a side of cold brewed coffee. And bespoke chocolate.  Or acai.

What is Bay Corn if I may ask. Reason being I set here in West Central Indiana right smack in the middle of an absolute sea of corn fields for miles around. No Bay Corn here.
