Sunday BBQ in GA

Howdy, y'all. I'm going cross country in a few weeks. The trip primarily revolves around bbq and minor league baseball. Now I'm going to be in Georgia on a Sunday-- July 3rd to be exact. My route tentatively consists of coming in from Florida, staying close to the 75 to Macon and staying on the 80 to Columbus. I know there's a ton of great GA Q, but what would be open on a Sunday? Some potential cities would be Valdosta, Albany, Tifton, Cordele, Perry, Warner Robins. Also would bbqs in Alabama be open on the 4th of July? Maybe a better question would be are they going to be terribly packed?

Way too late, I realize, but ever since reading this post I have been looking for good BBQ on Sunday. I have found two very good places. Two Brothers BBQ in Ball Ground is open Thursday-Sunday and Sam & Dave's BBQ 1, 4944 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta is open Tuesday-Sunday.
