Winn Dixie had bone in ribeyes on sale for $5.99 lb. Had to buy 2. Coming to room temperature. S&P and EVOO. Flaming on the grill. Resting. My sauteed mushrooms. Sunday's Dinner. Rare. Medium Rare. SK Bob says "Perfectly Rare". Nothing but memories. The rare was 1.63 lbs. Med. rare was 1.43 lbs.

sk bob so, nobodys got a word to say about my ribeyes? I do, two things in fact, #1 when you said "nothing but memories" sorry but there looks to be just too much on them thar bones not to be eaten and second and it could be my eyes or the pic itself but those grill marks look, to me, a lot thinner than the gril bars themselves look in the pic, again could just be me in any event great job and keep on grilling.

Hey sk bob it looks like you went to the John A school of grillin'. The grill marks and the finished product were perfect. Don't forget those HD pics!
