I had a delicious sweet potato the other day at Bro Marsh's bbq in Ripley, WV. It was topped with a mixture of sugar, butter and spices. Has anyone ever had such a delicious concoction?
Marshall makes some of the best pulled pork I've ever had.

Yes, the sweet potatos are offered at most of the steak houses in our area as a potato option. They ususally come with brown sugar, butter and cinnamon and are usually very large. Its a nice change from the usual baked potato.

Standard option here in SC also. You get honey butter and a side of brown sugar to put on it. I always opt for it, as it is a bit healthier than a regular BP.

They are sweet enough that they do not need butter, sugar, or anything. I always throw a few on the grill when BBQing.

You see them sold by street vendors from little grills all over Asia.

Several places around here offer these as a potota option, usually with brown sugar and cinnamon. I've been serving these at home for years now. I can no longer stand the canned stuff at holidays.

Lone Star steakhouse, a chain, offers the sweets with butter and cinnamon sugar. Mmmmmmm!
