Then let's talkPORK RINDS! I have to say, I could take or leave them until I went to the Fat Man's paradise: Dollywood. The actaully make FRESH pork rinds, made to order; and I thought they were great. They will also give you "cracklins" if you ask. So how do you folks "weigh in" on pork rinds?? Gimme some foodie love... Kenny DFM

I can get them fresh off 'da pig, locally. Good, and greasy; fresh out of the fryer. One or two 5" X 5" pieces well enough for me.

Haven't had pork rinds since I was a little kid and my Grandpa did his own butchering, then Grandma would make the "cracklins". And that has been about 70 years ago. Haven't had any since as I guess I figure the packaged, store-bought ones could not possibly measure up to Grandma's freshly fried one. Donna
