Tallahassee Florida on Christmas Day

Coming back from Orlando on Christmas day and looking for a place that will be open in Tallahassee on Christmas day. 

I'm afraid it's rather slim pickin' in Tally on Christmas Day.
Off I-10 Exit 203, you'll have TGIFriday's and the Village Inn, both just left at the light off the exit ramp if you're heading west.  On
Exit 199, also left onto Monroe Street, there's Julie's Place, which will be serving a Christmas buffet from 11 AM to 7 PM, like they've done every Christmas for the past 30 odd years.  Not haute cusine, but reasonably decent chow.  Further down Monroe toward downtown off John Knox Road, Ray's Steel City will be open from 2PM to 10PM with regular menu and some seasonal items.  RSC has been expanding out to international foods but is traditionally a Western PA type of place with a good craft beer selection and good priogies.  And finally downtown Tallahassee's Hotel Duval has a Shula's Steakhouse that will be open from Noon to 6PM serving a traditional prime rib dinner for around $38pp.  That's about it as far as current openings go.  A couple of places further south of downtown and maybe some of the fast food chains will be open.

Oh yes, almost forgot "The Christmas Story" places
China Delight, 220 West Tennessee, by the bus station, and
Ming Tree at 1435 Lafayette but that may be a bit too far south east from I-10
have notices that they are open.
 
Not sure if the Bamboo House on East 6th just off Monroe is open, but it's one of ht ebeter Chinese spots in Tallahassee if it is.
 
Also in today's paper, Seminole Wind, a buffet place, just down the street from Julies Place at 2226 N Monroe will be open Christmas Day from 10A to 4P.   As will Hooters practically next door.
