Teriyaki Salmon Kabob recipe & video Tue, 07/14/09 2:41 PM (permalink)
On Safeway's summer website there is a recipe for Teriyaki Salmon Kabobs that I'd like to try out.  The website also has a how-to-video for the recipe and video makes the recipe look easy to make. If anyone like's salmon check out the recipe and the video - tell me what you think.

I've had poor luck with fish on skewers unless it's a very firm fleshed sea fish like Marlin, Swordfish, Tuna, Mahi-mahi.

I would stick to keeping the salmon in either it's steak or fillet cut and not try to cub and skewer it.  It'll soften and fall off.

Yeah well you could even use the same recipe, just use a different type of fish. Should still taste good. Did you like you check out the other recipes on the website as well?
