Texas Weiner Sauce Wed, 03/1/06 6:28 PM (permalink)
Hi,
I was on the Hot dog/sausage board when I came accross T.T's Texas Weiner Sauce. I made this sauce and really liked it. I might try and serve it on my cart this year. But I have to make it spread out more. It was pretty thick, and I need to make it where I can serve it without losing my shirt. Any ideas? Thanks

You need to put the sauce in a blender once it's cooled, blend it till it's a little less than smooth,if still too thick add a little beef broth.
