I think it's much more likely you'll get broadsided by someone discussing whether to get original recipe or extra crispy for dinner. Vince Macek
Living in this big sprawled-out metro area where everyone pretty much has to drive, I've gotten a grim fatalism that it's not a question of if I get broadsided by someone running a red light while looking at internet porn on their cell phone as much as when.

Here in IL my coworker had the distinction of receiving the state's first violation of texting while driving. This was on Jan 2. He also had the misfortune of receiving DUI #3, a felony. He spent 30 days in jail and has lost his DL for a long time but continues to walk around the shop typing like a madman on his tiny keyboard!
