    It's hard to get BAD Thai in SF. You want atmosphere--->Khan Toke. You want really good food and don't mind a crowd--->Manora's or Marnee Thai. You want good food with no crowd in a neighborhood place with a nothing special atmosphere--->Khun Phoa (#1 or #2) or Racha Cafe.
