The 13th Rib
God gave ever Hog 13 Ribs which are named Baby Backs [ size, location]. Many BBQ's only serve 12 ribs when you get a full rack. The 13th is an end rib, obviously, and it is bigger than the other ribs and prone to get a little dry during the smoking process, it's also a little tougher, some say, me, I serve all 13 ribs on a full rack order and on 1/2 rack orders you might get either 6 or 7 ribs. Would you all prefer the 6 rib portion or the 7, with the kinda tough 13th rib?
