The Hot Grill/Rutt's Hutt(in NJ)

Both places are world famous road food texas weiner places, I love them both! Rutt's Hut has great relish, and the chili at the Hot Grill is delicious! These places are so nostolgic, and special for so many people that grew up in northern NJ. Whenever I come back to Jersey for vacation I make it a priority to get a couple "all the way" at Hot Grill, and some "rippers" at Rutt's Hutt. I tried to re-create the Hot Grill Texas Weiner: Sabrett hot dog, my own chilli recipe, onions, mustard. It came out ok, but not the same as the original.

tiramisu, benzee & fellow roadfooders, I have seen Rutt's Hut and its signature relish highlighted on numerous TV shows and artciles about great hot dog stands. Do any of you know the recipe for the relish? I have searched the web to find it and have come up empty. I have seen it described as being a blend of cabbage, carrots and onions. But, that is all. No descriptions of whether there is a vinegar, mayo or mustard based sauce in the relish or how it might be spiced. Any ideas of what is in Rutt's relish?
