After more than 25 years of selling flavored ices thru her 2nd floor apartment window, this Bronx Granny is suddenly getting a lot of press about her "underground" (aboveground??) operation. Now that the word is out, why do I think the NY Board of Health is going to stick thier nose in and ruin this?

I can't imagine that the NYC Board of Health has the time to go and track this woman down.

It's simply not legal, and now there's going to be throngs of curiosity seekers clammoring outside her window. She should have declined the publicity.
