Saw Michael Stearn and his wife on a FoodTV show about 20th century of food.
They were both very articulate and informative. Michael was especially media friendly.
He should have his own show.

    I saw this too, very fun program on the history of food and related products.

            The program is a two parter called Century of Food

            The schedule for part one:
