RE: The TV show, Hell's Kitchen, anyone watch?

I think Virginia's fate was sealed when she chose, Keith, Tom & Giacomo. "I picked you three because you were the weakest ones". I think the funniest part last night was where Keith was extorting Virginia for $$$ before he would agree to help her out and Tom & Giacomo were looking at the exchange like "Whoa, Dude, I want some of that Free Money too!"

Why Virginia picked Giacomo is beyond me.. lol.. He couldnt cook then, and still cant.. Glad to see Heather won, been rooting weeks for her. Sad thing is now the show is over. Back to no TV on Monday nights.. (And cheers to FOX for running the previous week show first, then the new one)..

As much as the show pissed me off some times. I will miss it too. Gordon can be a jerk---but I think if he truly believes in you he will work as hard as anyone can to help you acheive your goal.

Anthony Bourdain is on Monday nights, though! (He's the antithesis to Hell's Kitchen!)

Well, another season of dissapointing television. Can't believe that Virginia didn't choose Keith, Garret, and Tom for her team. She could have easily won with the right personnel. Not a good idea to tell your team that they suck! The extortion game by Keith was a stroke of genious! Put her off her game as she knew that these people didn't like her at all! Have to be able to command respect from line cooks. We don't like to be called losers. I woulden't work for anyone who can't be respectful of me and my work, after all I am working for you. I can make or break a chef just by not doing my job right. Conversely, I can make any chef look great just by excuting my job correctly. Most chefs take credit for the whole kitchen anyway even if the only thing they did was design the menu. Seems a little skewered to me. David O.

Gordon is Hot, yea i know i think lots of people are Hot, but seriously what i wouldnt give to check and see if his beef wellington was yummy or not "yessss chef".Now onto the show. This is one of the only shows that by beeping the cuss words out it makes it funnier, because you say to yourself "did he just say 'shut up you ****ing donkey?'" I love that on this season, there is a waffle house cook. I have frequented many a waffle house at 3 in the morning and come out of there thinking that the guy or gal that cooked my two eggs, smothered hash browns and toast was a genius..than again any food after a night of dancing and midori sours is amazing. This show is purely a vehicle to allow for gordo to verbally abuse people, than treat them to a nice dinner on a yacht, than abuse them again. You half expect one of them to chop his wrinkled forehead off and claim the culinary equivalent of battered wives syndrome. My favorite quotes so far this season, thanks to YUMSUGAR.COM for the recaps. "What in the **** is Aaron doing in Hells Kitchen?Get that ****ing Donkey outta there. Youre in the dining room shaking hands like the ****ing president of the united states of america!" "are you a dumb blonde? ****ing barbie" "i think you are one big fake full of piss and wind" "where is your horse? i have never met an asian cowboy before, you are one big chunky monkey arent you? how big are your ****ing fingers?" "Sir, would you mind wiping the snot off of your face before we have chicken and snot?" "Touch that egg! its like a plastic silicon implant!" "come here, donkey" "we sent two orders, dont wet your ****ing pants"

I really liked the show at first, but, as with many of these reality shows, I've grown tired of the same old show repackaged with new people doing the same stuff. For example, I was completely taken in by the first Survivor. Have not watched a single episode since the second season when it began to wear thin on me. I LOVE stand-up comedy. The first couple of seasons of Last Comic Standing were great, but I'm not that interested in this season. Besides, I liked Gordon's older show, Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares, better than Hell's Kitchen. Especially the "A-1 Chef" episode. Needless to say, I doubt I'll be too involved in this season's Hell's Kitchen. Although Ramsay is entertaining enough and he alone makes the show palatable, I just don't care who wins.

Scorereader, He's doing an American version of Kitchen Nightmares, I think this year. I too like that show and have watched them all a number of times. But like Sushi Girl, I don't watch for anything other than him. Maybe I just like arrogant smart mouthed men? Oh wait, no maybe to it, yes I do!
