CTD - You have an invitation to my Smoke Day V party which will be on the Saturday before Memorial Day. I expect that I'll be preparing numerous Redneck Sushi's for that event (even more if the CTD clan shows up). Jim

Jim I love the sound of this invite...I've seen the Buddy Roadhouse pictures and it looked awesome!

That looks incredible!!! Can I ask a question? How do you keep the cheese from melting and flowing out the sides? Or does the smoker not get quite hot enough?

Mike - I was happy to be linked in that Times article. Bill Voss - I've been giving your guys a hard time, but I will be trying their technique. jvsmom - I cook at a fairly low temperature, around 250F. By the time the cheese in the middle melts, it is ready to serve. Ann - Yes, these are on the menu. I've got 3 varieties in mind right now - the one I posted originally, the Bacon Explosion, and Bacon Cheeseburger. Let me know if you can think of any other variations. Jim

Not being much a meat lover, especially pork, i cannot help but find this appealing. I am craving a nice slice in some good bread with something spicy, and a cold glass of beer (not a beer drinker either), coupled with either onion rings or fries. MMMMMMMMM.
