This is for a lb. of 25-30 count shrimp
Cook shrimp in crab boil, peel and devain
Your going to marinate this 2 DAYS
Lots of crushed garlic, a whole head
1bay leaf
dried red pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups olive oil
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 jar capers with juice
3 teaspoons celery seed
10 or so drops Tabasco
chopped onions big enough for a toothpick
salt pepper
mix it all together, put in a Ziploc, turn and gently shake bag every 8 hrs , keep it laying flat in the fridge. after 2 days pour into bowl don't drain marinade, toothpick an onion slice and a Shrimp, insert in mouth, move jaws up and down careful to get teeth involved, and try to pretend your not in Heaven!
