Just a quick question about this place.  Any of y'all had/have any dealings with these people.  Looking to buy some equipment from these people, and wanted to ask about this place before placing an order.  Thanks.

I've had excellent service from these people. They may not be the cheapest in some cases, but they are virtually immediate in their shipping and are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are very reputable and I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. They also break cases and sell smaller amounts at reasonable prices then most other vendors if you're a small operator. Definitely recommend them with zero hassels or problems.

Another vendor that I'd recommend the same is Katom. They too are excellent and I'd go the extra length to praise them for being very honorable beyond what you'd expect. I'd rather deal with these folks then deal with local vendors if that tells you anything.

We purchased our sandwich press from them. It was sitting outside our door in two days. Price was OK, shipping a little high but it did weigh 81 pounds, however if we had purchased locally the sales tax would have been the same.  Would do business with them again...
Also we have talked with Katom and they seem nice.

I bought a $900 slicer from them, cheaper by a few hundred than I found anywhere else. Free shipping on that item.

The original was damaged in shipping, I emailed them pictures of the damaged unit the day it arrived, they shipped another the same day, told me to keep the damaged one.
It still sits in my garage, needs a $100 part and 20 minutes work to fix it.

I bought my Manitowoc 500lb ice maker from them. Best price around and it shipped free. I placed my order and had it in like 4 days, incredibly fast shipping for such a big unit. I have also ordered other items, and would highly recommend them.

I havent bought anything from them yet but their prices seem reasonable (everyone seems high to me) on most items and their people are very informative and quick to reply to questions.

We purchased a sandwich press from them. Gave us a delivery date and was sitting on the stoop as promised.

I've bought a few things there. Usually it's priced fairly. There's also katom.com and zesco.com that I use. Katom's selection isn't quite as good and Zesco's customer service is the best.

Several orders so far and only one got messed up. It seems If it doesn't go out as in stock it gets forgotten but most ship quickly.

I'm surprised. Anything out of stock at the time you order automatically places you in an e-mail notification que when it arrives back in stock.

When I got the e-mail confirming re-stocking they sent to other newer orders first for some reason. Getting an e-mail doesn't mean they are sending it to you. It is not sent until you get a tracking # confirmation.

Neither in my experience. If the item isn't in stock at the time the order is placed, you're asked if you still want it and you're placed on a waiting list with priority preference. Once you're notified you order again. It's not an automatic re-order in any of my dealings with them. I kind of like that option better b/c you're not committed to it and might find another source or better price in the mean time.
