Wow, all three of those locations will have lots of hot dog competition for you.
Are you referring to the Windmill in Stratford CT?

No Ed, he's referring to the Windmill franchises in New Jersey. There are several locations, the original being in Long Branch. They use a beef and pork dog made by Sabrett. The Windmill in Stratford Ct. has that location only and uses a dog from Miller's Provisions in Stratford.

    WindMillHotDog,
North Jersey has many fine hot dog restaurants including those that serve dogs in the same style (grilled German style beef and pork). I'm not familiar with Atlantic City, but I think your best bet would be opening up some locations in Manhatten. They have some fine dogs, but none in your particular style. They have dirty water dogs all over, grilled all beef dogs like Nathan's, Papaya King, Gray's, and Katz's, deep fried Rutt's Hutt's imitators (Crif Dogs) but nowhere have I found that serves a quality grilled beef and pork dog. F&B is more in the European style (Danish style Polser) and they flash fry their dogs. I think you would do well in Manhatten.
