The funniest Comic Strip of all time

Had to be "Herman", by Jim Unger, The Schlumpy guy always on the short end of the stick, henpecked, downtroden, browbeaten, the look on the face, faces, usually said it all, the caption always hilarious. Is it still published, not in my local or the Washington Post. What's your favorite?

I always enjoyed the old Hey, B.C. strips by Johnny Hart. Simple, but profound.

Hager the Horrible-----people always say I look like him. Tremendous resemblance. Especially between the ears.

I have an appointment with a podiatrist next week for mine. My favorite was Momma by Mel Lazarus. I think it's about mine.

I wonder whether a podiatrist could do anything about my plantar faciitis.

Nope. It's not my bark that has fungus. And just to beat anyone to it. it's not my bite, either.

Your plantar faciitis can be relieved by wearing shoes with and air cushion in the heal. Rockports gave me mine, Rebok DMXs took it away. Both the same company.

Of comic strips now in re-runs, it would have to be Calvin and Hobbes, expecially the snowmen series. If you have ever seen them, you will know what I am talking about. For current comics, it would probably be a tie between Dinette Set, Speed Bump, and Non Sequitur. (I do check out 20 different comics to get my chuckles daily.)

This site went from funny comics to toenails and warts once Michael was let loose. Someone has to keep a sharp eye on him. I loved Andy Capp the Little Limey who had a mighty thirst. 'ave a pint Andy? Don't mind if I do.

I was wondering when you were going to chime in. And you ought to remember the Katzenjammer Kids from the Journal-American. You are old enough to remember the Journal- American, aren't you? By the way, it was chewingthefat who brought up those disgusting toenails. Must be a fetish.

Whenever we'd go down to New York to visit my grandmother in the Bronx she'd have a couple of months worth Sunday comics from all the New York papers waiting for me. In nice weather, when I couldn;t get to Van Cortland Park, I'd go out on her apartment balcony with all the comics and not have to listen to the "grownups." There was a White Castle a few blocks away under the El on Broadway, and my uncle could always be counted on to get me there for a few hamburgers.

Damn a rehijack, toe fetish to White Castle, Ancient One, what do you make of Michael's free form thought process, somewhat worrisome to me but What Me Worry?
