The biggest horror of lard that I have here is that I have a HECK of a time finding it at the store!

Check the speciality aisle in your store, I can usually find the lard in the mexican foods area.

Cajun King,
I just remembered that here in Indy you can find lard in the Mexican section of Walmart. One other new thing at Walmart that I just found are oxtails. I will be making oxtail soup soon.
