The "signature" Dish...

...and hot dog carts...I run a wider spectrum trailer, but for dogs, I have two. My chili is my one private recipe based on Jamaican spices and my relish for all other dogs is is a home bottled sweet red pepper relish that costs five times what commercial green relish costs.You can buy the same dogs (Maple Leaf) but you cannot get my toppings.
Until you make your own dog, "signature" becomes what you put on top. Got any hints?

OK I see what u people mean being a newbie myself and he wants to talk about a "signature dish," I stand corrected. We have to answer his question just like we would anyone else including my dumb ass.. LOL. Let's help him out....
