The world's most interesting man ........

 How many of you have seen the commercials for Dos Equis "World's most interesting man?" on TV? I had watched it until I had to do a search and find out who the hell he was. He has a TV and movie career that goes back to 1977 and Hawaii Five-O.... his name is Jonathon Goldsmith.  He has done mostly B spots but I guess based on his credits they were able to pull up film on him to use in the Dos Equis commercials.


I thought they were cute the first couple of times but bore me to some degree now. I'll have to wait for some new ones I guess.


Oh yeah, he once went into a new restuarant and it became a Road Food classic when he left.....ROFLMAO!!!!

I actually enjoy the commercial.  Dennis, thanks for doing the research, since I had wondered about it myself.  I had assumed it was just a fictional character.  Here is hoping they have more of the commercials with the theme.

 You are certainly welcome buffetbuster. It drove me crazy for about 2 days til I decided to do some research into.  I was really surprised how much stuff he has been in .

BTW, Wendy says hello and that she may make some banana pudding while she is on vacation next week         ... I wonder if you can ship banana pudding successfully????
